Karolina Gliniewicz is a transdisciplinary artist and educator working at the intersection of photography, moving image, sensory practice, and interactive technologies. Her work explores post-photographic methods, ASMR, generative systems, and the evolving nature of human–machine collaboration. She brings a student-centred teaching approach grounded in experimentation, care, and interdisciplinary exchange.

Supported the Creative Director in developing visual assets and brand concepts for a five-star Michelin Key-awarded hotel. Contributed to image direction, digital content, photography, video, and campaign planning. Assisted in shaping creative strategy across social platforms and marketing channels.

Curated and evaluated submissions for the festival’s international competition programme. Assessed more than five hundred submissions of experimental, documentary, and narrative works with a focus on innovation in visual storytelling and contemporary moving image practices.

Directed visual identity, editorial strategy, and brand development for an independent art and culture magazine. Led the creation of immersive visual experiences, including projection installations and events. Organised exhibition, art workshops and screenings featuring emerging artists. Managed artist relations, content planning, and audience engagement across digital and print formats.
